Pastor Richard continues his message on Psalm 23. As we focus on the Good Shepherd, we learn about the staff and how the staff can be representative of Holy Spirit.  The 23rd psalm is about bringing the kingdom of God into our lives. We can continue to have confidence in crisis as we put our faith in the Good Shepherd to lead, guide and comfort us through crisis.

Discuss and Reflect

  • Have you made the Lord the shepherd of your life? Discuss practical areas that you have.

  • Discuss the 3 areas of sheep management

    •  The staff is used to draw sheep together in intimate relationship.

    • The staff is used by the shepherd to draw the individual sheep close to himself for intimate examination.

    • The staff was used to guide the sheep.

  •   How have you allowed the rod (the word of God) to examine you?

PRAYER POINT / DECLARATION

We decree the Kingdom of God is being released in California as it is in heaven. Matthew 6:10  

' your kingdom comes, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. '
