This is a promise for today, not in the “by and by”. We also discuss the enemies of the sheep that can prevent us from taking our seat at the table.

  • Discuss how partaking at the table will bring peace between you and your enemies.

  • What are the two types of enemies and what do they represent?

PRAYER POINT / DECLARATION

We decree a new open heaven over California that will change the atmosphere this year. We decree a remnant of God’s people that will rise from territory to territory to command new openings for the Lord to move in.

Romans 9:27-29; Isaiah 10:22-23

'Isaiah cries out concerning Israel: “Though the number of the Israelites be like the sand by the sea, only the remnant will be saved. For the Lord will carry out his sentence on earth with speed and finality.” It is just as Isaiah said previously: “Unless the Lord Almighty had left us descendants, we would have become like Sodom, we would have been like Gomorrah.” ''

'whose voice then shook the earth; but now He has promised, saying, “Yet once more I shake not only the earth, but also heaven.” Now this, “Yet once more,” indicates the removal of those things that are being shaken, as of things that are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may remain. Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear. '

During these times where many things are unknown, it seems like we are in a hopeless situation.

SERMON THEME

Palm Sunday is also known as Passion Sunday. The beginning of Holy Week and Jesus’ final agonizing journey to His crucifixion. When Jesus rode a donkey into Jerusalem, it was as “King for a Day”. It was only a day because as soon as He didn’t do what they wanted Him to do, the same people that shouted Hosanna shouted Crucify Him.

Isaiah 41:10-13 (TPT)

  • Discuss the 3 things to do when palm branches turn into thorns:

    • Pray that you do not enter into temptation

    • Die to your “self will”

    • Receive resurrection power

PRAYER POINT / DECLARATION

We decree that the church in California is prepared to display the works of God that will bring about great glory to the name of Jesus. 1 Peter 2:12

'These individuals are nothing but brute beasts—irrational creatures, born in the wild to be caught and destroyed—and they will perish like beasts. They are professional insulters, who slander whatever they don’t understand, and in their destruction they will be destroyed. '

March 21/22, 2020- Choosing Faith Over Fear How To Face Your Giants

During these times where many things are unknown, it seems like we are in a hopeless situation.

SERMON THEME

During these times where many things are unknown, it seems like we are in a hopeless situation. We are experiencing a divine reset, resetting our values to KINGDOM values.  Fear has four destructive steps. Fear causes us to: 1. Focus on our problems, 2. Expect only defeat, 3. Have an attitude of self-protection and 4. Reap the results of fear. We took a look at the famous account of David and Goliath to learn about fear vs. faith.

SCRIPTURES

1 Samuel 17 (NLT); James 3:3-5

Discuss and Reflect - 5 Things David Did That We Need To Do

  • He ignored the negativity of others (his brothers and other leaders).

  • He faced his Goliath head on.

  • He reminded himself of the faithfulness of God.

  • He ran TO the battle, not FROM it.

  • He proclaimed that GOD was his source of strength.

PRAYER POINT / DECLARATION

We decree a move of intercession across California! God’s people are humbling themselves praying, seeking His face, turning from their wicked ways and He is hearing from heaven and healing our land.

If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.

We decree there is a remnant of God’s people in California being filled with God’s glory! This remnant will activate a release of the word of God throughout this state and the entire nation.

And the remnant who have escaped of the house of Judah Shall again take root downward, And bear fruit upward.

Isaiah 37:31 (NKJV)

Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you. 2 For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, And deep darkness the people; But the LORD will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you. Isaiah 60:1-2 (NKJV)

But the one who looks into the perfect law, the law of liberty, and perseveres, being no hearer who forgets but a doer who acts, he will be blessed in his doing. James 1:25 (ESV)

The Pursuit of Faith PT2

Everything we do requires faith.

SERMON THEME

This is a continuation of our message from last week. When you know the will of God, you can pray according to the will of God. Faith has the language of thanksgiving. You have to believe when you pray, and speak. You must make sure you eliminate doubt. Get a rhema from God what His purposes right now. This is how you produce faith.

SCRIPTURES

James 1:5-6; Romans 10:17; Matt 11:2-6

DISCUSS AND REFLECT

·         Can Faith and Doubt can exist at the same time?

·         Explain what doubt does to a person’s faith?

·         From the story of John the Baptist, How did Jesus explain we should deal

with Doubt?

·         Can faith be strengthened, if so explain?

PRAYER POINT

Pray for the heart of believers concerning government on every level.

'Remind people to respect their governmental leaders on every level as law-abiding citizens and to be ready to fulfill their civic duty. And remind them to never tear down anyone with their words or quarrel, but instead be considerate, humble, and courteous to everyone.

The Pursuit of Faith

Everything we do requires faith.

·

SCRIPTURES

2 Corinthians 5:7, Hebrews 11:1; Romans 5:1-2
