Guest Services is all about making great first impressions to our guests. These teams create a warm welcome and a secure and safe environment from the parking lot to the auditorium and everywhere in between.

Usher/Greeter Team
The Usher/Greeter Teams create a welcoming, accepting and warm environment for guests attending weekend, midweek and special event experiences. If you love people and are quite personable, we’ll help train you with the rest of the details.
Kids’ Check‐In Team
Team members help families check-in kids to their rooms during services and events.
Traffic Team (Granger Campus only)
Our goal is not only to assist guests with parking, but to help our guests to experience the love of Christ before they reach the building.
Program Assembly Team
Ever wonder who stuffs all those programs with information for our guests? It’s not done at the printers! A team gets together to help get our programs ready.
New Guest Experience Team (Granger Campus only)
The Campus Guide Team personally welcomes and orients new guests to our church, including giving tours of the facility and assisting families with kids to their appropriate rooms.
Security & Medical Team
The Security Team serves to provide a safe experience for our guests. Our Medical Team members are trained first responders and experienced experts in their field. Very basic “on call” ministry serves.
Administrative Team
Opportunities to assist with data entry, excel reports, staffing the front desk and more.
